Richard Smith posted this "starter pack" for teaching NCDs in low- and middle-income countries to the UnitedHealth and NHLBI Collaborating Centers of Excellence discussion board. He was kind enough to share it with the ProCor community as well. The starter pack includes:
1. A PowerPoint presentation that Richard used while teaching a course in Amsterdam (See attachments).
