Using three telescopes — the Subaru Telescope and the UK Infrared Telescope in Hawaii and the Very Large Telescope inChile — the team put together the most robust survey of star formation yet.An international team of astronomers has published a new study suggesting that nearly all of the stars that will ever exist in our universe have in fact already been born.
