1978 - Memória de Inquérito Epidemiológico sobre pressão arterial e alguns fatores de risco para doenças cardiovasculares e crônicas, realizado no Estado do RS, em amostra representativa da população  adulta de 20 a 74 anos dividida em  quatro estratos: Porto Alegre, Cinturão Metropolitano, Interior Urbano e Interior Rural.
Artigo original (link), no qual se baseou a Revista Manguinhos para a publicação de outubro do anos passado.
O feito foi memorável, pioneiro, oportunizou discussão de aspectos muito relevantes, e envolveu a participação de muita gente, entre tantos: Eduardo de Azeredo Costa, Carlos Henrique Klein Maria do Carmo Leal, Ayrton Fischmann, Sérgio Luiz Bassanesi, Célia Szwarcwald. A não valorização da memória pelos editores atuais deve estar relacionada às transformações que o próprio trabalho ajudou a construir. Parabéns e um grande abraço aos companheiros da aventura.

Segundo um relatório da ONU, 54% da população mundial já vive em cidades. Eram 3,9 bilhões de pessoas em 2014. Espera-se que, até 2045, esse número chegue a seis bilhões.

"Estamos em um momento de transição muito importante, a população urbana superou a rural no mundo e passaremos a viver em grandes cidades. Me propus a visitar algumas delas", conta Tuca.

Ele foge dos cartões-postais, exaustivamente retratados por turistas em redes sociais, e se dedica às zonas intermediárias, entre centros e periferias, onde busca retratar o cotidiano simples de quem vive e trabalha ali.

Your subconscious never rests and is always on duty because it controls your heartbeat, blood circulation, and digestion. It controls all the vital processes and functions of your body and knows the answers to all your problems.

What happens on your subconscious level influences what happens on your conscious level. In other words, what goes on internally, even unconsciously, eventually becomes your reality. As Hill further states, “The subconscious mind will translate into its physical equivalent, by the most direct and practical method available.”

Mind: Interpersonal connection.

Subjective experience is real and is the gateway foi interpersonal connection, for integration with another person. This is why, I'll will suggest to you, empathy within a relationship promotes improved immune function and a deep sense of well-being. When your subjective experience is seen and respected, and you receive communication of that attunement, then you and the other person become connected as two different individuals becoming linked. This interpersonal integration rises each individual's state of integration, which feel good and is good for you. You achieve, in compexity science terms, a higher state of integration than either person alone could achieve. This is the notion of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. That's why subjectivity is so profoundly important. Attending to one anotyher's subjective lives increases integration and therefore increases harmony and health.
