A message from our community on Earth Day.

Yesterday, we marked the 50th anniversary of Earth Day with our virtual event, Earth Day 50/50: Looking Back, Moving Forward. Featuring Earth Institute faculty, researchers and students, we reflected on Earth Day’s beginnings and explored how we can chart a sustainable path forward. Watch a recording of our event here. We’re proud that our leading scientific community--more than 700 scientists, engineers, lawyers, economists, and policy experts--generates solutions for our biggest problems, from global inequality to climate change.
