Dear Dr. Achutti, Clinical Case Reports is celebrating five successful years of improving health and sharing knowledge! The new issue is out now - we invite you to read the editorial "Clinical Case Reports is celebrating!”, or read the full issue for free here. Since 2013, our mission has been to use clinical case reports to disseminate best clinical practice, to examine important common as well as uncommon clinical scenarios, and to illustrate and inform the use of important clinical guidelines and systematic reviews. Our aim is to directly improve global health and increase clinical understanding using case reports to convey important best practice information. During 2017 CCR published an amazing 707 case reports, or around 60 reports each month, each describing a real patient with real clinical problems with an important clinical teaching message. Clinical Case Reports is also currently recruiting Associate Editors to join our team.
