Colegas, Há 15 anos, no Seminário de Gramado iniciamos uma trilha que propiciou importantes realizações. Vejo com orgulho a expansão das ideias discutidas. Agora, em nível global, vemos não apenas ideias, mas metas e meios da ONU e OMS para enfrentar as DCNT, e em nível nacional, vemos ações concretas sendo implementadas. Pode-se dizer que estávamos, naquele momento na Serra Gaucha, traçando linhas mestras para as principais prioridades da saúde pública em nosso país e no mundo. Caríssimos AMICOR, Pretendia lhes apresentar uma análise para lhes agradecer pela companhia nestes 15 anos, mas achei melhor fazê-lo por partes, dando mais importância ao conteúdo do que às quantidades, achei melhor fazê-lo aos poucos, numa série com um olhar mais crítico para esta atividade de comunicação.
